100% Welschriesling. The wine was produced using an ancient method of white wine production. The same process as with red wines was used, where the grapes underwent a 15-day fermentation period with the skins without the addition of yeast. The grapes were harvested from the Kalvária vineyard, from a 10-year-old vineyard, with a sugar content of 22.00 NM°. Spontaneous fermentation took place with the skins, and the wine subsequently matured for 9 months on fine sediment in used barriques.
The wine was made using a traditional method without the use of selected yeasts, enzymes, or other additives. It was not clarified or filtered. Due to minimal sulfite content, the wine is suitable even for individuals sensitive to sulfur dioxide, with a total sulfur content of 26 mg/l.
CHARACTERISTICS
A lighter straw-yellow color with subtle cloudiness. Very fresh, unobscured pure fruity aroma. Natural grape flavor dominates, intertwined with ripe apples, pears, and white peaches, along with hints of tea infusions and minerals. The medium-bodied clean taste is exceptionally fresh and juicy, relatively substantial at 12.50% alcohol. Fine-grained tannins accentuate the structure. We can certainly identify such a wild one. An excellent natural orange Welschriesling with fantastic drinkability!
