100% Blaufränkisch
Grapes harvested in the vicinity of Svätý Jur from a vineyard managed in an ecological regime, aged 36 years. Hand-picked, spontaneous fermentation. Maceration/fermentation on the skins outside the press for 21 days. The wine matures in neutral oak barrels on sediment for 12 months, handled mechanically without strain, and bottled by gravity.
Unclear, unfiltered. Wine produced without the use of selected yeasts, enzymes, and other oenological additives; total sulfur content is only 30 mg per liter of wine.
Everything in the wine fits together, nothing disturbs, nothing stands out. Excellent aging potential; in a few years, it will be a showcase piece. The wine is characterized by purity, fruitiness, and elegance. After opening, give the wine a minute to breathe. In the glass, it presents itself with a sparkling ruby-red color of medium intensity with violet reflections. Elegant aroma with a dominance of red fruit, along with hints of flowers, spices, and earthy minerality. Medium-bodied, velvety fine-grained tannins. Great balance between fruitiness and well-integrated acidity, enhancing freshness and juiciness. Impressive finish with a feeling of freshness and a basket of fruit on the palate.
