100% Blaufränkisch. The grapes were harvested from the Góra vineyard’s hunting plot, managed under organic (BIO) regime. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts took place in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation was complete, Chardonnay must was added to the still wine, the bottle was sealed, and secondary fermentation occurred. After more than 12 months, the wine was disgorged (sediment removed) and sealed without the addition of dosage.
Produced using the traditional method, without the use of selected yeasts, enzymes, or other additives. Unclarified and unfiltered wine.
CHARACTERISTICS Deep antique rose color. Upon pouring, a rich foam transforms into finer bubbles. Clean fruity aroma dominated by red fruit, dark berries, with hints of spice and minerals. The taste is well-structured, full of freshness and juiciness. In the mouth, it’s relatively rich, with ripe cherries transitioning to compote, raspberries, and mature strawberries on the palate. The fruit tones are complemented by the subtle touch of the typical Strekov earthiness. The richness of the wine is hidden in its simple elegance, which vividly showcases the diversity of the Strekov terroir. A robust rosé sparkler, pure and naturally expressive of the grapes and artisanal craftsmanship!
